On the 18th of May we held our very first community fundraiser — and what a truly unforgettable day it was. It was a day filled with love, kindness, generosity, and, above all, hope.







The spirit of community shone brightly as neighbours, friends, families, and supporters came together to make it all possible. Through cake and drink sales, raffles, tombola, flower and plant stalls, arts and crafts, lucky dip, books, face painting, and the magic of live music, we raised over £5,500 — an incredible achievement that will go a long way in supporting our mission.
This success would not have been possible without the strength and dedication of Maggie’s Army — our incredible team who supported every step, from planning to execution. To every volunteer who gave their time and energy (too many to name, but each one deeply appreciated), and to our amazing donors — both individuals and businesses — thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
Your generosity, love, and belief in our cause made this event not only successful but meaningful.
Margaret’s legacy lives on in the way our community comes together — united, generous, and full of heart.
